About the store, Løven
We are looking for a passionate and experienced store manager for our store Løven.
Løven is a shop with a wide range of exotic, foreign gift items and practical art. Our customers are interested in exotic goods, such as gift items and applied art. As a store, we aim to have the most exotic items that our customers can either use as a gift idea or decorations for the home.
We appreciate that our employees, who work for us, help to shape our store and make our store a place where service is paramount and where we all put energy and desire into having a good workplace. As a store manager, you must therefore continue the culture we have at Løven; that service, work ethic and job satisfaction become the top priority.
Our expectations for our store manager:
- A store manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of a store. It ranges from everything from ensuring customer service to supervision in various areas. As a store manager, you must supervise the store and ensure that the store's daily operations run.
- As we represent a very international customer base, we expect our store manager to be able to speak English, Turkish, Danish and other languages.
- You must have knowledge of home interiors because you must help set an atmosphere in our customers' homes with the products we have to offer in our store. You must therefore be on board with the latest and have creative ideas on how we can expand our product range and create a relationship with our customers with our sales.
- As a store, we attach great importance to quality and service to our customers and therefore this quality and service must be the priority.

Vi søger en passioneret og erfaren butikschef til vores butik Løven.
Løven er en butik, med bredt sortiment af eksotiske, udenlandske gaveartikler og brugskunst. Vores kundegrundlag er kunder, som har interesse for eksotiske varer, som gaveartikler og brugskunst. Vi har som butik det mål at have det mest eksotiske varer, som vores kunder enten kan bruge som gaveidé el. pynt til hjemmet.
Vi sætter pris på at vores medarbejdere, som arbejder hos os, er med til at præge vores butik, samt gøre vores butik til stedet, hvor service er i højsæde og hvor vi alle lægger energi og lyst i at have en god arbejdsplads. Du skal derfor som butikschef fortsætte den kultur vi har hos Løven, at service, arbejdsmoral og arbejdsglæden bliver top-prioritet.
Vores forventninger til vores butikschef:
- En butikschef er ansvarlig for den daglige drift af en butik. Det spænder mellem alt lige fra til sikring af kundeservice til tilsyn på forskellige områder. Som butikschef skal du føre tilsyn med butikken og sikre, at butikkens daglige drift kører.
- Da vi repræsenterer et kundegrundlag som er meget internationale, forventer vi at vores butikschef kan beherske, engelsk, tyrkisk, dansk og i øvrigt andre sprog.
- Du skal have kendskab til boliginteriør for du skal være med til at sætte en stemning i vores kunders hjem med de produkter vi har at tilbyde i vores butik. Du skal derfor være med på den sidste nye og have kreative ideer til, hvordan vi kan udvide vores varer sortiment samt skabe en relation til vores kunder med vores salg.
- Som butik vægter vi kvalitet og service højt over for vores kunder og derfor skal dette kvalitet og service været første prioritet.
