We are currently looking for 2 native German speakers to join a customer service team supporting an online bank. This is a pure customer support role — no sales involved, just helping customers with their questions and issues.

About the role:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat and/or email

  • Supporting German-speaking customers, with around 40% of interactions in English

  • Working in a modern office environment in Alicante

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A native German speaker with a good level of English

  • A strong communicator, confident with both customers and colleagues

  • A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and finds solutions

What's on offer:

  • Choice of contract: 39h, 36h, 34h or 32h per week

  • Salary based on chosen hours: €1,878.99 / €1,734.45 / €1,638.09 / €1,541.74

  • Hybrid working after 3 months (2 days/week in the office)

  • Start date: 7th September

Candidates already based in Alicante or elsewhere in Spain are preferred. If you're planning to relocate, we may be able to support you with that too.
