We’re hiring German and Dutch-speaking Google Ads Sales Account Managers for our client’s international office in Barcelona, with start date on November 24th, 2025.

You’ll become a certified Google Ads expert and advise marketing managers and agencies with high campaign spend. What does the role involve?

This position is the next step after Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager. It focuses on strategic consulting, relationship building, and growth. You’ll work with existing clients and agencies, analyze performance, and develop tailored strategies to increase ROI and campaign spend. You’re not just an advisor – you’re a commercial partner.

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic consulting for businesses and agencies

  • Development and optimization of PPC campaigns

  • Proactive communication via phone, video, and email

  • Analysis of client needs and performance data

  • Creative suggestions to improve ad performance

  • CRM data maintenance and planning support

  • Driving growth and loyalty through digital strategy

Your qualifications:

  • German or Dutch (C1+) and English (C1+)

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or telemarketing

  • Technical understanding and interest in Google Ads and YouTube

  • Proactive and strategic approach to client tasks

  • Ability to work independently and with clear goals

  • Passion for digital marketing and business development
