Holmen revision ApS is looking for a full-time legal advisor who can assist our clients in following areas of business:
- Help in Business acquisition/ Merger strategy
- Help in Business valuation
- Due diligence
- Help in negotiations between parties
- Help in making final contract
- Help in registration of subsidiary companies in different countries
Our ideal candidate must have a master’s degree in business administration along with Bachelor’s in Law with minimum three years experience in corporate law, company registrations, contract negotiations and sale/purchase of business.
