We are looking for a service-minded and detail-oriented HR-Systems Specialist to join our team of currently 17 experienced and passionate colleagues. Your responsibilities will include gathering, checking, and maintaining data, improving the performance of our HRIS, and making recommendations to improve performance across departments. With a positive attitude, you will be supporting HR and Payroll in delivering high-quality and accurate HR data and service to various stakeholders across the company.
Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
- Streamlining HR processes and helping to manage the HR system.
- Update and maintain data in our HR system.
- Liaise between HR and Payroll.
- Build reports based on the organisation’s data.
- Support the overall HR Administration.
A skilled support profile with a passion for HR processes and HRIS
We are looking for a talented person with an interest and desire to map processes and convey this knowledge to others. You bring experience from a similar role and already have experience working with HRIS. You are a skilled detail- and process-oriented specialist who has experience working with many stakeholders. A trustworthy, supportive, and diplomatic communicator at all levels in the organisation. As a person, you are structured, curious, and able to work independently and effectively with general guidance and limited supervision, no matter the task.
Furthermore, we imagine that you have:
- Ability to collaborate and provide technical support.
- Solid experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.
- Exceptional interpersonal- and communication skills
- Advanced in Excel
- Profound knowledge of English and Danish; Polish or Romanian is preferred.

Workplace: at our office in Copenhagen and regularly visiting the office in Rødbyhavn
